Returns and Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. Please read carefully before making purchases:

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging, along with the original invoice.
  • Products damaged after delivery, custom-made/assembled furniture, or used items are not eligible.

2. How to Return

  • Email info@kimbalfurniture.com or call live support with your order details, photos, and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions or arrange pick-up for eligible returns.

3. Refund Process

  • After inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For non-eligible returns or items not returned as sent, no refund will be issued and the customer may need to arrange pick-up.

4. Damages and Defects

  • Inspect packages upon receipt. Report damages or shortages to live support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange or pickup will be arranged for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Kimbalfurniture.com covers shipping for returns due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • If the customer changes mind, shipping charges are borne by the customer.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancel orders before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, follow the return process.
